OSS is seeking a talented Software Integration Systems Engineerin Huntsville Alabama. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance. This person will support the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) in integrating Robotics and Autonomous Command and Control (RAC2) software into Small Uncrewed Aircraft System (SUAS) handheld controllers.
The responsibilities of the Technical Lead include serving as the Government's representative to multiple prime contractor teams developing Short Range Reconnaissance (SRR) SUAS products for the Army's PM UAS office The candidate must have experience with software development, program management, and be able to interface with both contractor and government personnel to communicate technical requirements, supervise software product development and testing, and provide technical reports and presentations to the government customer while assisting multiple software development teams in Agile/Scrum sprints to achieve technical objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical representative of the GVSC to the prime contractor team currently developing software products for the ERCA platform
• Serve as a member of the Government's program management office
• Establish and communicate project requirements, define the technical scope, allocate resources, and define strategies and technical solutions to the prime contractor software development team
• Advise the government regarding the technical approach and solutions for their software products
• Maintain multiple schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist the primes in planning and supervise the development, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all the RAC2 integration products
• Track milestones and deliverables
• Provide updates, presentations, and reports to the government customer

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to Obtain a secret clearance
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in managing software projects
• Bachelors Engineering or Computer Science Degree
• Experience in Agile/Scrum SW development
• Software Language experience
• Software Language experience - C++
• 8 years' Experience

Desired:

• Active Secret (or above clearance)
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
• UAS ICWG Experience
• Robotic IOP experience
• Radio Frequency
• Working with or for a DoD OEM
• Experience with UAS
