Integrate, build, test, and release GM and Tier I supplier developed software for current and future (Global A, Global B, and GEM) conventional ICE passenger vehicle, Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) (passenger car, truck, and sport utility vehicle) Electronic Control Units (ECUs) including Battery System Modules (BSMs), Engine Control Modules (ECMs) and Transmission Control Modules (TCMs), in Embedded C, C++, and Python programming languages, following Scaled Agile (SAFe), at predefined release cadences for development and production, in Embedded and Python languages, using Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Pacman, Artifactory, Eclipse Oxygen, IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), IBM Rational Synergy, IBM Rational Rhapsody, CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, Vehicle Spy, dSPACE HIL, and Engineering Change Management (ECM) tools, and neoVI FIRE and Lauterbach Trace 32 hardware. Perform embedded ECU testing on Hardware in the Loop (HIL) test bench and in vehicle, using Development Programming System (DPS), dSPACE ControlDesk, ETAS INCA, Vehicle Spy, Vector CANape, Vector CANalyzer, Vector CANoe tools, and neoVI FIRE and Lauterbach hardware, to verify functionality at Function, Controller and System levels prior to production release
Additional Description
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer, or related role. Must also have experience with: testing and releasing software for passenger vehicle Electronic Control Units (ECUs), in Embedded C and Python programming languages, using Jenkins and CANoe tools and Lauterbach Trace 32 hardware
