SalarySr. Implementation Consultant
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to help us with the implementation of products developed by BrightVine as well as Blackbaud CRM™. This position requires an individual with knowledge of nonprofits, a passion for solving problems and an ability to communicate with people from all over the world effectively. A successful candidate will have strong customer service, consulting, project management, and leadership skills.
The person is this role must be able to navigate between Software Implementation and project management as required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify system requirements, design business processes, and propose solutions
- Write design and requirements documentation
- Configure systems and provide testing support
- Provide regular status reports, forecasts and budget reviews as required by the project
- Conduct training for customers
- Develop blog content
- Participate in internal projects as assigned
Skills:
- Blackbaud CRM™ experience required
- Nonprofit experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, and manage timelines
Travel as required by the project but can be as much as 30%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Blackbaud CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nonprofit Consulting or Nonprofit Management/work: 2 years (Required)
- nonprofit software (Blackbaud CRM, RE, SF NPSP, etc): 2 years (Required)
- nonprofit organizations: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
