Job Title: Sage Intacct System Consultant

Location: Portland, OR (Remote but must work PT Hours)

Duration: 1-2 months (contract)

LHH Recruitment solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Sage Intacct System Consultant to assist our client in the Non-Profit industry with user acceptance testing, documentation, and training during this crucial phase of implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the Sage Intacct system meets the organization's requirements and functions as intended.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns identified during UAT.

• Develop comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing use of the Sage Intacct system.

• Provide hands-on training sessions to educate users on how to effectively utilize the Sage Intacct system, including navigation, data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Customize training sessions to meet the specific needs and skill levels of various user groups within the organization.

• Offer ongoing support and assistance to users during the transition period to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.

• Work closely with the project team and external vendors to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred

• Proven experience with Sage Intacct system implementation and configuration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in developing clear and concise documentation and training materials

• Experience conducting user acceptance testing and facilitating training sessions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Previous experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred

Pay: $40-45/hr
