Job Title: Sage Intacct System Consultant
Location: Portland, OR (Remote but must work PT Hours)
Duration: 1-2 months (contract)
LHH Recruitment solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Sage Intacct System Consultant to assist our client in the Non-Profit industry with user acceptance testing, documentation, and training during this crucial phase of implementation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the Sage Intacct system meets the organization's requirements and functions as intended.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns identified during UAT.
Develop comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing use of the Sage Intacct system.
Provide hands-on training sessions to educate users on how to effectively utilize the Sage Intacct system, including navigation, data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Customize training sessions to meet the specific needs and skill levels of various user groups within the organization.
Offer ongoing support and assistance to users during the transition period to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.
Work closely with the project team and external vendors to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Proven experience with Sage Intacct system implementation and configuration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in developing clear and concise documentation and training materials
Experience conducting user acceptance testing and facilitating training sessions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred
Pay: $40-45/hr
