Software Engineering Lead

We are a dynamic group of companies led by a serial entrepreneur and trial lawyer, focusing on the intersection of technology and law. Our portfolio includes a fast-growing trial law firm, an AI-based legal software company, and other innovative tech/legal ventures. We are seeking an ambitious and driven Software Engineering Lead to join our team at Zinda Law Group and ZlaytAI, LLC and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our businesses.

Seeking software developers with at least 6-8 years of technical experience and 2-3 years of team management experience for a hands-on role in a startup environment utilizing Agile development methodology.

As the Software Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our software development efforts. You will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:

• Full-Stack Development Skills (both frontend and backend), including knowledge of React, Django/Python, databases (like PostgreSQL), and familiarity with AI/ML concept
• Strong Cloud Services and DevOps Experience, especially AWS (S3) and DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment
• Scalable System Design, including understanding of micro-services architecture and experience with high-availability systems
  AI/ML - understanding of AI and machine learning, especially LLMs
• Data Management: Experience in handling large datasets, data privacy and security best practices expertise and knowledge
• Demonstrated ability or potential to lead and manage remote teams
• Excellent critical and creative thinking skills, ability to solve complex technical problems, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
