Digital Software Engineer Senior Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Create reliable, scalable, and high-performance services and architectures in alignment with Citi Technology. Provide guidance to teams responsible for architecting, implementing, and performing continuous improvements to products. Play a significant role cross-functionally to determine potential technological designs and approaches. Assist in the planning and managing of assignments involving large budgets, cross functional and multiple projects including an understanding and analysis of both technical and business risks and impact. Identify necessary system enhancements and oversee deployment of new products and process enhancements. Advise new or lower-level architects. Construct and analyze metrics reporting and have a metric-oriented sense of successful delivery of assignments. Participate and contribute to meetings, external publications, user-group leadership, and speaking opportunities at industry conferences. Help drive cross-team solutions, anticipating and addressing problems ahead of the needs of scrum teams. Assess risk when business decisions are made in line with Citi's standards and practices. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Utilizing full Software Development Lifecycle to design, develop, and test high-quality software; Enterprise development and implementation of External Cloud Platforms; Building Java, Java EE, enterprise multi-tier web and mobile client-server applications using Service Oriented Architecture, Multithreading, Exception handling, Asynchronous Programming, Message-Driven Programming, Hibernate, Oracle, Spring, Spring Cache, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Spring AOP, JMS, SOAP, XML, JSON, HTML, RESTFul Webservices/API's, API Connect, OAuth, JWT, Spring Tool Suite, or Eclipse IDE; Performing Cryptographic operations to protect sensitive payment information using HSM (Hardware Security Module) as per PCI DSS guidelines; Building Anti-fraud solutions utilizing third party risk scoring engines for all Money Movement transactions; Performing automated code quality reviews, code performance, unit testing and build processing with External Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Platforms/tools including GIT, Jenkins, and Sonar; Performing application monitoring and Log monitoring using tools for non-production and production environments; and Utilizing algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and modern design patterns. 40 hrs./wk.
