Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Special Requirements:
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment, in lieu of a Master's degree plus 1 year of experience. Must have experience with the following: ServiceNow platform developer and administrator experience; ServiceNow ITSM modules installing, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting experience (INC, PROB, CHG, Service Catalog, etc.); installing, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery; CMDB Administrator administering and configuring the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and workflows; Hand-on experience in asset discovery to administer, maintain and enhance the Tanium platform and its modules; ServiceNow ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups; design, implement, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the CMDB with external sources of data using CFG and API; designing and developing of Web based Enterprise Applications using Front-End technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Back-End Java and J2EE technologies. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
- Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. May telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.
