Description
SAIC is seeking a Software Engineer located in Aurora, CO to manage and move software from its current environment into the cloud.
NOTE: This position is onsite in Aurora, CO and requires current TSSCI w/ CI Poly.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the transition of the program from its current on premises iteration into a cloud hosted environment
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native geospatial/GEOINT applications and services.
- Utilize GEOINT and geospatial data, APIs, and tools to build applications that integrate analytics and machine learning solutions
- Integrate GEOINT databases and services with cloud-based platforms to enable spatial analysis, mapping, and visualization
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s and five (5)+ years’ of related experience: additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Experience in software system design, development, and integration
- Experience with Python programming / scripting language
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Familiarity with ESRI Database tools and technologies
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level II or higher certification such as Security+, CySA+, CND, CASP, CAP, CISM etc.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance
- Current US Citizenship required
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
