Social Worker/Therapist ($66,939.60 - $89,616.80 Salary/year)
Social Workers are responsible for providing individual, family/couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, and referral services for our Article 31 clinic long-term therapy and Article 28 clinic short-term therapy. The position will work in collaboration with Callen-Lorde medical staff and consulting psychiatrists, as a member of our multi-disciplinary team. The overall goal of the position is to ensure that patients' psychosocial needs are addressed and met.
BH Integrated Services Coordinator (Salary Range $88,900 - $94,500 Salary/year)
The BH Integrated Services Coordinator is responsible for working with managers to strengthen Callen-Lorde's DEI initiatives, managing patient care, including waitlists, admissions, transfers, and discharges, providing formal onboarding procedures for new staff, and providing direct clinical and administrative supervision to behavioral health providers. The BH Integrated Services Coordinator will work to review workflows and ensure a smooth transition for medical patients seeking behavioral health services. **Additional qualification includes: LCSW required, a minimum of three (3) years of postgraduate experience in a health /behavioral health and/or social services setting preferred, and previous supervisory experience preferred
Work Schedule
- Callen-Lorde’s BH Clinic is open Monday through Friday.
- This is a Full-Time opportunity (35 hrs.).
- This position requires the availability to work evenings.
