AHRC New York City is seeking a Full Time Social Worker (either LCSW or LMSW) to work in the agency’s Department of Family and Clinical Services. The Department of Family and Clinical Services operates two primary outpatient clinics in Manhattan and the Bronx and provides services at satellite locations and telehealth throughout the 5 boroughs. Our team comprises psychologists, Social Workers, and rehab service professionals who have a passion for their work. Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, the Social Worker will provide psychosocial assessment and psychotherapy treatment for the Developmental Disabilities population. Psychotherapy is provided for persons with Developmental Disabilities who have a co-occurring psychiatric condition. Psychotherapy treatment is conducted with diverse clients across the lifespan including child/adolescent, adult, family, and group. Collateral counseling is provided for their families. Behavioral, CBT, Psychodynamic, Systemic and DBT techniques are used.
Annual Salary for LCSW - $55-$60K
Annual Salary for LMSW - $48-$53K

Required Qualifications:
· Licensed as a LMSW or LCSW
· Experience in providing psychotherapy to treat DSM-V diagnoses
· Excellent communication and clinical writing skills
· Good time management skills
· Ability to work independently under supervision
· Ability to coordinate treatment with other team members
· Bilingual preferred, but not required (bilingual bonus available)
