Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $42.69/hour - $52.83/hour depending upon experience
Job Summary:
The Social Worker performs a variety of services under the general supervision of the Director/Manager, with the main focus of linking patient to the community and with community resources and providing psychosocial to vulnerable patients/families to meet their needs. Home visits/Community visits required whenever warranted.
Requirements/Skills:
- Masters of Social Work
- A valid N.Y.S LMSW or LCSW required.
- Minimum 3 year's experience in an Outpatient BH setting
- Proficient in Psychosocial Evaluations, Risk Assessments, and Treatment Plans
- Must be able to problem solve and think critically.
- Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be highly organized, work with the interdisciplinary team.
