Requirements:

• Master's Degree in related field (The exception of those who were licensed prior to 2004 but are currently licensed independently is acceptable). - Unlicensed? the degree must be Master of Counseling or Master of Social Work
  
• 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
  
• Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $57,000.00 per year
