 Social Worker - School-Based (Full-Time)

Spindle Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our team and work collaboratively with a school in Pine Bush, New York, for the current school year. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and work in collaboration with BCBA's (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) within the educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to students in a school environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA's to support the development and implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address social and emotional needs.
• Utilize crisis intervention experience to respond effectively to urgent situations.
• Ensure compliance with LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
• Crisis intervention experience is a must.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
