Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive school environment
• Assess students' social and emotional needs and develop intervention plans to support their success
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide appropriate referrals to community resources
• Advocate for students' social and emotional well-being within the school and community

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• State licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or LSW)
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals
