Overview
Position Summary: Under the supervision of a Master's level social worker, provides specific services to patients and their families. Coordinates case management services in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. Demonstrates commitment to the principles of family-centered care. Familiarity with community resources, linkages and programs preferred.
Minimum Education/Training Required: Bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
Minimum Experience Required: One year social work/case management experience in a pediatric medical setting or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
Pay Scale Information
USD $44,304.00 - USD $76,544.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
