We are looking for an experienced Social Media/virtual assistant to run our social media for our medspa. You will be responsible for content creation, marketing campaigns, maximizing marketing productivity and profitability, tracking marketing to sales conversions, and driving practice growth and expansion. You will lead the business social media accounts by generating posts, engaging followers, and growing social media following. As a Social Media/virtual assistant you should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be incredibly self-driven and results oriented. Ultimately, you will be leading our practice’s growth and creative brand vision. You should be highly self-motivated, able to create steady new social media and marketing campaigns, drive community outreach and collaborations, while taking initiative for other business growth and development tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate for the aesthetics industry and growing our business!
Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Accounts
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor patient reviews
- Manage leads from ads
- Track referrals and new clients
- Develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies
- Track marketing to sales conversions
- Maintain alignment with marketing material and our brand identity
- Identify potential marketing gaps and create solutions for improved sales strategies
- Provide informative material for patients and assist with compliance reviews
- Build strategic relationships with community outreach & engagement
Skills:
- Determined, upbeat attitude with initiative to create engaging and exciting marketing campaigns
- Ability to drive business growth with trackable results
- Proven work experience in sales, marketing & social media
- Previous experience with Instagram, Tiktok, FB
- Experience with people management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Minimum 2 years experience
