Job description

Crawford Group is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our client's team. The Social Media Strategist will support the Creative Cloud team with creator-led campaigns exciting aspiring creatives to learn new skills and join the Creative Cloud community. The Social Strategist will oversee multiple influencer and creative content campaigns to live across the Creative Cloud suite of channels. Will set strategy for and oversee management of building, curating, and authoring the social content; partnering with channel managers to align on content calendars; and reporting on results. Will drive social campaigns, programs, and marketing initiatives for the next generation of Creative Cloud consumers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning directives, project management, and strategic thinking to optimize and amplify social initiatives. Social media is a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate is nimble in reacting to an ever-changing landscape. The ideal consultant should be self-driven, organized, manage time well, and able to hold their ground.

Responsibilities:
Oversee/program manage content creation and curation to support the content calendar for Social Media channels. Support ongoing campaigns and product launches as well as sharing news items as they are surfaced
Manage quarterly editorial strategy to support video/blog content
Partner with channel managers to ensure content is on calendars across Social Media accounts, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook., X/Twitter, and LinkedIn
Partner with key stakeholders to build out and execute cohesive integrated strategies in partnership with colleagues from across PR, Campaign and Brand
Work in concert with Public Relations colleagues to develop integrated communications strategies and campaigns across all owned, social and earned media channels
Liaise with EMEA, APAC, and LATAM counterparts to learn, and implement best practice strategy globally
Guide and manage community responses and questions on all channels, escalating issues to the customer support team when appropriate
Actively investigate and suggest new ways to improve engagement on all Social Media platforms, including emerging Social Media outlets
Drive weekly and monthly metric reports analyzing social content and engagement performance
Attend and participate in weekly team meetings to review strategies and provide updates
Support relevant events or launches
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in managing Social Media communities, with responsibilities in day-to-day management, growth strategies, measurement, engagement campaigns, influencer marketing, paid media, and content strategy. Must have relevant professional experience in Social Media management or marketing communications
Proven track record of creating content that can appeal to the next generation
Must have experience managing Social Media channels, with priority on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Know which content types, formats, and lengths work on each platform. Familiar with each platform’s media studio, ads dashboard, etc
Experience working with a wide variety of creators/influencers on brand campaigns, programs, and new amplification
Must have a good understanding of the creative community and the needs of next gen creators. Must be interested in building an active community/audience
Must have professional experience implementing Social Media strategies and executing day-to-day programs in a business setting
Experience working with contractors and agencies to brief, manage, review, and execute deliverables
Broad business understanding, strong analytical abilities and critical, creative thinker
Strong multitasker, able to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities
Experience with web and Social Media analytics tools and reporting
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Adobe tools and services, especially those within Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience implementing and optimizing paid Social Media campaigns
Working knowledge of Social Media management platforms (for publishing, moderation, etc.)
A good eye for design and savvy with social content, from static to video and beyond
BA in a related field, such as Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Design or Photography
