The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the management of all Snake River Farms social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube), including strategically scheduling posts, developing content and monitoring data. This individual is tasked with working directly with content teams to develop content in support of campaigns to drive growth in audiences and sales while working in conjunction with promotional and email calendars. Lastly, this individual will assist in the development and creation of additional video and photography content.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for campaign/content development and execution for all Snake River Farms social media accounts. Develop creative ways to grow audiences - partnerships, giveaways, live events, etc.
• Assist in setting up photoshoots, with lights, camera, mics, etc.
• Manage daily postings on all social platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube that adhere to Snake River Farms Social Media Guidelines.
• Moderate and respond to user-generated content and inquiries. Escalate when appropriate.
• In coordination with appropriate teams, assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with Team SRF Influencer Program - Includes package creation/distribution, regular newsletters or email updates and timely responses to requests.
• Establish and monitor social KPIs.
• Constant monitoring of what steaks and cuts of beef are trending online.
• Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with non-linear, video editing software. (e.g. Premiere Pro, Davinci, etc.)
• Previous experience with photography and photo editing software.
• Basic understanding of graphic design.
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Passionate about driving brand awareness through social media.
• Previous experience with social media scheduling tools.
• Well versed in current social media trends and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable being in front of camera.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant degree.
• Two years experience in a Social Media role preferred.
