Responsibilities:

• Create captivating content to showcase our inventory, promote yourself, and attract potential buyers
• Develop and implement Social Media strategies focused on driving car sales and generating leads
• Build lifelong relationships with customers by offering the very best in customer service
• Call, text, and email potential customers
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge
• Commit to learning and understanding ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Must be able to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

Requirements:

• Ability to craft persuasive content that drives action and closes sales
• Comfortable communicating with customers online and through video
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Social Media management tools
• Confident in front of the camera with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
