C Spire is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist. A can-doer who can write, shoot, edit, publish, and activate buzz-worthy organic social content for our brand and across all of our lines of business. The right person is one step ahead of emerging trends and can develop breakthrough content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop original organic Social Media content, including writing copy and shooting/editing short-form video.
  • Manage organic Social Media content calendars for C Spire's brand accounts.
  • Publish content to C Spire's brand accounts.
  • Identify social trends that can be relevant for C Spire
  • Partner with other Marketing teams - including Digital Marketing, PR, Design, Strategy, Content & Copywriting - to develop organic Social Media content.
  • Help analyze organic social content to optimize performance and continuously improve results.
  • Working in partnership with our Digital Marketing team, leverage social listening data to develop social content and help monitor brand mentions to improve online brand reputation.
  • Stay current with organic Social Media best practices and share knowledge with other team members.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Social Media experience including strategic and creative planning, content management, and KPI analysis for a brand.
  • Proven success in creating and managing an exceptionally strong Social Media program.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related discipline required.
  • Deep experience creating and publishing content for Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, and Tiktok.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Spredfast or other Social Media management platforms required.
  • Experience writing copy and shooting/editing short-form video required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working closely with other team members to jointly develop creative concepts and ideas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
