Social Media Marketing Junior Associate

As the Social Media Marketing Junior Associate, you will support various initiatives, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our brand. Reports to: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Assistance:

· Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various Social Media platforms.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

Community Engagement:

· Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.

· Identify opportunities to increase engagement and foster positive interactions.

Administrative Support:

· Provide assistance in basic administrative tasks such as document scanning, invoicing, and budget tracking.

· Collaborate with the team to maintain organized files and records.

Learning and Development:

· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms.

· Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in Social Media Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Basic understanding of Social Media platforms and their functionalities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Enthusiastic about Social Media Marketing with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

· Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, including document scanning and basic budget tracking.

· Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Any coursework, internship, or relevant experience in Social Media Marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
