SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR | Assembly FOOD HALL; Assembly Food Hall Hall in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

The Food Hall Co. creates culinary and entertainment destinations which offer a platform for chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, brewers and entertainers to bring their craft to an engaged local community, all under one roof. The Food Hall Company currently operates two properties; Legacy Hall in Plano, Texas and Assembly Food Hall in Nashville Tennessee.

JOB SUMMARY: 

Do you dream of transforming brands through visual storytelling? Do you enjoy creating content for social platforms during your free time? Are you in the know of the latest TikTok trends? Assembly Food Hall is looking for an experienced Social Media Content Coordinator to build and maintain a firm Social Media presence for our brand. Our Social Media goals are part of a broader marketing strategy, and you’ll work closely with other marketing team members to ensure all social marketing deliverables are aligned with our overarching goals. 
As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, creation and execution of our digital marketing plans through our Social Media channels, and report the progress of our Social Media Marketing efforts during marketing department meetings. 
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, data-oriented, familiar with the Social Media Marketing landscape, and can contribute to our brand by leveraging their vast Social Media Marketing experience. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSBILITIES: 
 

  • Develop and execute a robust Social Media strategy and 12-month calendar for: Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Plan, create, and publish new content daily that builds community, increases brand awareness, and encourages employees to engage with the brand 
  • Develop and manage social budget by accurately tracking all expenses, coding and staying within or under budget 
  • Consistently stays on top of Social Media standards, trends and innovations across channels to constantly evolve and improve output 
  • Consistently identifies Social Media opportunities  
  • Execute Live social content from events via Instagram and any other decided platform(s) 
  • Collaborate with Assembly Food Hall General Manager and Operations Teams  
  • Collaborates with Food Hall Co. Entertainment Team on show announces and next step action items, as well as event performas and recaps 
  • Support Food Hall Co. Entertainment Team by planning social strategy 
  • Collaborate with Events Coordinator to create and post events on Facebook, Eventbrite or Prekindle, Assembly Food Hall website, etc. 
  • Consults and supports with creating Instagrammable moments in the Hall and or during Events  
  • Confidently present in product and initiative explainer videos where required 
  • Manage LinkedIn Assembly Food Hall profile with content creation and consistent interaction  
  • Creation and execution of Assembly Food Hall web Blog 
  • Manages all review pages: Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor, etc. and shares monthly report with Operations Leadership 
  • Posting within Facebook Events - "Discussion Section" 
  • Maintain source footage and images in shared library that can be efficiently repurposed into compelling Social Media content 
  • Studies Analytics and Web tracking to identify trends and strategy 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in all Social Media algorithms for content effectiveness  

 

REQUIREMENTS: 
 

  • 3+ years of experience creating content for Social Media 
  • Proven experience of diversifying content across platforms, and activating on TikTok are ideal 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Background in Hospitality and or Entertainment preferred 
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and good understanding of key Social Media platforms 
  • Strong collaborator to interact and communicate effectively with all departments 
  • Must be a creative thinker with an eye for design and have a strong pulse on pop culture 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with short notice 
  • Strong interest in Food & Beverage and Entertainment industry a must
