Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Email/Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team at Troax / Folding Guard. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers, nurture leads, and promote product launches.
• Monitor email performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
• Generate high-quality, compelling content for emails and Social Media posts, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
• Foster relationships with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email marketing and Social Media efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and Social Media management.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and Social Media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media insights) for tracking and reporting.
• Creative thinking and an eye for design elements.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

This is a Full-Time position in either Nashville or Chicago must be able to travel to both locations as needed.
