Role Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all Social Media platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with Remedy's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and conversations related to healthcare and telemedicine, and leverage these insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all communication channels.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of Social Media campaigns and initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Reach out and connect to influencers for influencer outreach

• Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong writing skills
• Experience with Social Media analytics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of current Social Media trends and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
