2. DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can grow our audience on YouTube, Instagram & TikTok by posting & repurposing (editing) the original content that we produce.
We produce the content but we need YOU to post it with exceptional copy & SEO.
We DO NOT need someone to create generic IG graphic posts with vague copy.
We DO need someone who can edit multiple breakout segments from a YouTube video to post on IG & TikTok (yes that means resizing video).
We DO need someone who can write detailed & engaging copy specifically about what it’s like to live in Atlanta, GA.
We would LOVE someone who knows YouTube well enough to A/B test different thumbnails, tags & titles and make changes accordingly.

3. SKILLS REQUIRED
Copywriting - You must be able to recognize the core points in each video we produce and write descriptions that convey these points in a concise, easy to read manner.
- SEO - You must understand how to research and choose the title, description & tags that are most likely to reach our intended audience. You must understand how to use analytics to make adjustments and advise our team on what’s working (or not working).
- Editing - I don’t need you to be an expert on Avid or Final Cut Pro but I do need you to be able to chop up old YouTube videos into short form content for IG & TikTok. This means you’ll need to understand what portion of the content is ideal for short form and what can be left out. Newly produced content will already be edited for you.
- Graphic Design - I need you to at least be able to make all of my banners, icons, profile pictures, and story buttons look good & adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Social Media Insights - You’ll need to be able to advise us on who we should be following, which content is resonating, trending topics, and which creators we should be paying attention to.
4) Hours, Pay & Location
- Hours are flexible. 5-15 hours per week to start. Potential for more in the future.
- Pay will vary based on experience and skills. $15-$30/hour is the likely range. If you’re a total Social Media rockstar with the CV to back it up, we can negotiate further.
- Location. No physical location requirements, but remember - all of the content will revolve around Atlanta, GA so your ability to accurately write about the area will be crucial (of course you will mostly be parroting what has been already said in the content).

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
