Social Media Manager- Hair Care & Hair Color

Responsibilities
· Source and manage content including UGC and branded content
· Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience. (i.e. to how-to videos, educational content, etc)
· Adapt content and strategies to capitalize on trending topics while aligning with brand values and objectives.
· Research and identify paid opportunities for Social Media campaigns, including sponsored content, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
· Develop and execute paid Social Media strategies to reach target audience segments effectively.
· Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through competitive benchmarking.
· Develop and execute community-building initiatives, such as hosting IRL events, organizing giveaways, and forming brand partnerships.
· Community Management, including the day-to-day messaging, outreach, monitoring and moderation of Social Media channels and general engagement with audience
· Manage all phases of influencer marketing.
· Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.
· Ensure consistency in brand voice and identity across all Social Media channels and communication touchpoints.
· Assist with PR lists, product seeding and tracking
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, product development, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
· Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
· 3+ years in a Social Media related position at a related company
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
· Deep understanding of all Social Media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)
· Experience working with social analytics and planning dashboard such as Dash Hudson
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Proven results in Social Media platform growth and engagement, with a priority in sales conversion
· Building partnerships with influencers for content creation
· Creative writing skills, ability to communicate a variety of messages while keeping the brand voice consistent
· Background in content creation experience such as lifestyle photography, product imagery, and videos/ reels
· In-depth knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on Social Media and digital engagement platforms
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating engaging content
· Video and photo editing skills
· Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
