Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Social Media, creating exciting content, and graphic design. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to produce captivating content for both Mint Pest Control and Mint Marketing, tailoring your approach to each brand's unique voice and style.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative content strategies for Mint Pest Control and Mint Marketing across various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Generate engaging and original content ideas that resonate with our audience, showcasing our products, services, and company culture.
• Utilize strong graphic design skills to create visually stunning posts, graphics, and videos that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to generate authentic and compelling content, including testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and user-generated content.
• Produce professional-quality photography and videography, ranging from short-form Social Media content to longer-length videos, ensuring high production value and storytelling impact.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Social Media best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize content strategies and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to switch between two distinct brand styles seamlessly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proven track record of producing engaging Social Media content and driving measurable results.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with photography and videography, including equipment operation and editing techniques, is highly desirable.
