SalaryCompany: Strategy 3 is a fun and forward-thinking marketing company located in Tacoma, Washington. As a small yet ambitious team, we are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage multiple Social Media profiles and advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms. This role requires an ability to work with a variety of different brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Social Media accounts, including content calendars, scheduling, and engagement.
- Execute, manage, and optimize multiple digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms, in line with the strategies provided.
- Understand the advertising objectives to ensure campaigns are aligned accordingly.
- Design, create, and maintain ad creatives, ensuring they conform to each platform's guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to gauge campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Compile and present clear and comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including but not limited to, metrics like impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Liaise with platform representatives and support teams to troubleshoot issues and stay updated on new features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media/digital marketing, specifically with Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), platform-specific ad management tools, and other relevant ad tech systems.
- Robust understanding of ad serving systems and the digital ad operations landscape.
- Aptitude for analyzing campaign data, identifying issues, and proposing solutions for continual improvement.
- Must be an accountable team player, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
