Social Media Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all Social Media platforms
- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of Social Media efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Knowledge of video editing software and web design principles is a plus
- Strong photography skills to create visually appealing content
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Ability to stigmatise brand messaging through creative storytelling
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
