Role: We are looking for a high energy, passionate, and extremely communicative Social Media Manager to help us establish and grow our brand, and build a true online community. In a nutshell, this person will work closely with company leadership to help to develop and carry out our marketing strategy through to the consumer via hands-on content development, and management of digital communication channels with customers. The Social Media Manager role will operate out of our Zionsville office, or remotely, and will report directly to the Founder/CEO.

What you will be responsible for:

• Development and creation of Social Media content strategy and execution, including ongoing creation of owned-content, including: videos & photos (tiktok, instagram, youtube, etc), graphics, copy, and design for blogs, recipes, emails, etc.
• Day to day management of Social Media channels (IG, FB, tiktok, etc)
• Other Marketing related tasks as needed

Who you are:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or Social Media, preferably in the CPG industry
• You enjoy creating
• You are passionate about pets, health, & nutrition
• You are a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, define what needs to get done, and multi-task
• You are social, outgoing, personable and friendly
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
• Must have strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
