Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager/Marketer Assistant for City Ford/Chevrolet in Columbia City and Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne. This role will assist in developing and implementing our Social Media marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our dealership. The candidate selected for the role will work between both store locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive Social Media marketing plans across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to showcase our vehicles, promotions, events, and dealership culture.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on Social Media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate Social Media campaigns and promotions in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular analysis of Social Media performance metrics to track effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing and automotive industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
