Primary Responsibilities:
- Social Media content creation
- Retail shop Customer Service (not a cafe)
- Assist Customer Service Manager
Additional Possible Responsibilities (depending on skill set and interest)
- Wholesale Customer Service
- Public Relations
- Online advertising and optimization
Qualifications
- Two years of specialty coffee experience (sorry, Starbucks does not qualify)
- Tech-savvy, know your way around Social Media/internet
- Highly Organized
- Keenly creative
- Good communicator, strong written skills
- Kindness (a core value of City Bean)
Additional Information
Two days of work per week to start with role expansion the goal. Candidate will be fairly compensated with respect to experience. City Bean offers vacation, health, profit sharing, and a sustainable culture of respect. Training provided.
