Responsibilities
•Email Newsletters: Craft and distribute monthly email newsletters. Contents to include upcoming events, our current listings, support for local businesses/causes, insightful Real Estate blogs, a market update from Matt, and highlights of our recent Social Media posts.
•Direct Mailers: Develop and send out informative quarterly mailers with a compelling call to action. Contents range from home value assessments to local service deals (e.g., HVAC servicing, oil changes).
•Client Appreciation Events: Plan and coordinate bi-monthly events like March Madness watch parties, Easter egg hunts, tournaments, and holiday-themed gatherings. Responsible for all aspects, including marketing, RSVPs, and encouraging Social Media engagement.
•Social Media Management: Keep our community updated with our latest investment opportunities, market insights, and local collaborations. Responsibilities include content creation, interviewing local figures, promoting events, and managing targeted ads.
•Pop By Campaigns: Organize quarterly visits to 50-100 homes in Utah County, delivering thoughtful items to promote our business and encourage referrals.
•Closing Gifts: Select and manage the distribution of closing gifts to clients.
•12-Month Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy.
•Graphic Design/Style Guide: Uphold and enhance our brand identity through consistent design elements on all our marketing platforms and outreach.
•Community Engagement: Promote local businesses and charitable causes, reflecting our commitment to the community.
Qualifications
•Experience in Marketing and Communications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
•Excellent Writing and Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and professional content for various platforms including email newsletters, Social Media, and print materials. Experience in creating and managing video content for Social Media, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
•Event Planning and Coordination: Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing events successfully. Ability to coordinate multiple events and/or projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
•Graphic Design and Brand Management: Advanced skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in maintaining and evolving a brand's visual identity.
•Data-Driven Marketing and Lead Generation: Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to inform decision-making. Experience with lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
•Excellent Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
•Community Engagement and Relationship Building: Passion for engaging with and supporting the local community. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, local businesses, and community members.
•Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
•Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and basic office software (e.g., Google Suite). Familiarity with Social Media advertising and targeting.
