Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator with a strong background in photography to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy, with a keen focus on visually engaging content. This role requires a combination of Social Media expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of photography principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Create visually compelling content, including but not limited to photos, graphics, and videos, to enhance brand presence across various Social Media platforms.

• Capture high-quality photographs that align with the brand's visual identity and storytelling objectives.

• Edit and retouch images to maintain a consistent and professional visual aesthetic.

Community Engagement:

• Foster and engage with the online community through Social Media channels.

Monitor Social Media trends and user engagement, adapting strategies accordingly.

Content Calendar Management:

• Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content.

Coordinate with different teams to gather information and assets for Social Media posts.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze Social Media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.

• Use data to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Education in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

• Strong photography skills with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in capturing and editing high-quality images.

• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity:

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.

• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand's visual identity.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative design ideas.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with external vendors, if necessary, to execute design projects.

Typography and Layout:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles.

• Create visually appealing and easy-to-read designs for various marketing materials.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
