You'll be diving into a role that's all about sparking excitement and engagement, working approximately 20+ hours per week to amplify our presence and connect with our community like never before.
Compensation:$17 - $20 hourly

What You'll Do:
- Create Buzz: Craft, schedule, and manage captivating posts across all our Social Media channels. You're the voice that brings our brand to life, sharing stories, listings, and the joy of moving.
- Event Spotlight: Shine a light on our open houses, client events, and listings through Social Media. Your creativity in promotion will draw crowds and interest. Additionally, you will help with planning both team and community events, ensuring they're well-promoted and successful.
- Content Magic: Develop engaging content that turns heads and hearts. Whether it's writing blog posts, designing visuals, or producing videos, your work will capture the essence of our brand and what we stand for. A basic knowledge of photography and video editing is essential to creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Strategy and Analysis: Build strategies to increase our online presence and analyze the success of your campaigns. You’ll find what works, what doesn't, and where we can dream even bigger.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, fostering a welcoming and vibrant online community. Your efforts help ensure our social spaces are engaging, supportive, and fun.
- Experience in Social Media management, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills, including a basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a love for working with a team.
