The Impact You Will Make
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of Everstory Partner’s day-to-day Social Media content. Reporting to the Director of Digital and SEO, the Social Media Coordinator will work internally with the Sales and Marketing team, and externally with valuable partners and vendors to create content and establish a strong, virtual presence amongst diverse social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage all published content various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook/Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Design and implement a Social Media calendar to maintain active presence. This includes planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to engagement, and ensuring a positive and interactive experience with our online community.
- Partner with internal marketing and sales team, as well as external partners to stay up to date with Social Media and industry trends to keep our content engaging and attractive
- Partner with SEO to monitor engagement and analytics across multiple platforms to identify trends and adjust strategy as needed.
- Assist Director of Digital and SEO with special projects as needed

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field/ experience preferred.
- Experience within the Social Media industry strongly preferred.
- 1 - 3years’ experience in a diverse marketing background including but not limited to digital marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Management.
- Experience working for a multi-site, multi-state organization preferred.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field
- Excellent writing, proofreading and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using various Social Media platforms and tools
- Experience in managing Social Media accounts for a brand or organization
- Familiarity with Social Media scheduling tools
- Creativity and ability to produce original and engaging content
- Ability to export, analyze and report insights, data and other metrics
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
- This position operates in a professional office environment which may be noisy or disruptive at times.
- The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.
- This is a full-time position reporting to the Home Office location with typical office hours and additional time as needed.
