```Duties```
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with ownership to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms
- Track and analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
```Experience```
- Proven experience managing Social Media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong knowledge of Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Proficiency in graphic design software for creating visual content
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track Social Media performance
- Experience in relationship management and community engagement on Social Media platforms
- Knowledge of advertising principles and strategies on Social Media platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce and its integration with Social Media platforms
