Overview

The Marketing, Business Development, and Coaching (MBDC) department is currently a team of 12 professionals dedicated to the full spectrum of internal and external marketing and business development efforts to drive growth and success. The team's bespoke approach helps consultants connect with clients and build CRA's brand through thought leadership, organizing and hosting social and content events, robust digital marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, and the development of collateral. The department also provides one-on-one coaching and business plan support. MBDC staff are based in the Boston, New York, and London offices.

The MBDC team is seeking a Social Media and Engagement Coordinator. This is a hybrid role working in our Boston, MA office 3 days a week. You will receive full training and support in preparation for your role at CRA. The Social Media and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing the Social Media strategy for marketing and business development and Human Capital purposes.  This individual will also be responsible for capturing engagements and feeding the information into applicable areas such as website, Social Media, InterAction, and other processes that might be created. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Social Media strategy encompassing marketing, recruiting, and firm culture. Generate, edit, and publish consistent content on Social Media platforms while managing an organized content calendar for efficient content production and posting.
  • Translate team ideas and objectives into creative and engaging content. Work closely with marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Create content messaging that aligns with our brand and image.
  • Track and analyze Social Media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and build of annual Social Media and marketing plans. Management of this plan throughout the year.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid ad campaigns and measure their success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms.
  • Contacting consultants about project closeouts and capturing information needed to capture and/or promote the engagement including:
  • Writing the engagement summary and posting on the website, creating Social Medial, and/or client announcements
  • Working with consultants to update CVs to capture the engagement(s)
  • Adding counsel and/or other client names to CRM platform , properly tagging to consultants and relevant mailing lists.
  • Other marketing related activities as needed to support the team and the firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of work experience as a Social Media/Specialist/Coordinator or in a similar role;
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite to support productivity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Professional and confident oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment;
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and functional teams of the organization;
  • Strong analytic and problem resolution skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;

Work Location Flexibility

CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we realize that individuals realize a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 days a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office or to a client's location), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team. At certain times of the year (e.g. holiday periods), additional remote work options are offered to those whose work commitments permit it, although our offices remain open for those who choose or need to be there.
