What You'll Do:

• Time commitment: 20-25 hours per week in the office.
• Manages all social channels, communication, and strategy.
• Content creation including, filming treatments, taking photos, and creating digital assets. We want someone who is not afraid to capture the moment and will seize the opportunity to get what’s needed for our social channels.
• This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all marketing needs.
• Bi-weekly creation of both email and text campaigns.
• Weekly reporting of analytics drawing attention to changing algorithms and current trends.
• Sets short and long-term goals, based on current market analysis.
• This role reports to the Operations Manager, but works in tandem with the Owner, and Management to meet current marketing needs.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Previous Marketing experience is a must
• Excels with time management and organization.
• The ability to adopt the brand voice and technical terminology.
• Experience designing digital marketing content.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
