You'll need a strong and proven background in growing Social Media accounts through engaging content creation. Must be exceptionally creative with a strong branding/marketing vision. Responsibilities
- Highly creative and takes the initiative
- Fluent/proficient with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
- Needs to be responsible, able to perform at a high level under stress, and able to effectively manage their time without constant supervision
- Design and implement Social Media strategies to grow followers, online sales, and overall engagement; ideally with strong food related experience
- Oversee Social Media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools and applications
- Contact and engage with other influencers
- Identify and participate in events to expand the brand and grow followers
Skills
- Expert in Branding and Social Media management
- Strong experience with Hispanic/Mexican culture
- Extremely creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Highly organized and efficient; comfortable multi-tasking
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly and outgoing
- Consistent and reliable; Takes the initiative
- Initiative taker and who does not need to be micromanaged
- Familiar with creating, targeting and implementing email campaigns
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot), Project Management (Asana), HR (Bamboo) is highly desired
Requirements
- Must live in Salt Lake county and be able to travel up to 25%
- Must have prior food photography experience
- 3+ Years’ experience growing Social Media accounts (followers, interactions, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing, content creation, hashtag usage, etc. in maximizing post/feed engagement
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the food industry
