Position: Social Media Content Creator

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Social Media, communications, or content marketing.
• Proficiency in Social Media management systems (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Social Media landscape, including platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for Social Media, coupled with a creative mindset to develop impactful Social Media strategies.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, with a flexible and proactive approach to collaborative work.
• Ability to multitask effectively, creating and following a tailored schedule of tasks aligned with marketing and advertising objectives.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and produce high-quality Social Media Content for our brand.
• Work on both in-house projects and client-based campaigns, aiming for the success of our clients through a deep understanding of their brands and goals.
• Develop and implement Social Media posts in alignment with marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google+, Reddit, etc.
• Collabrate and engage with influencers and active Social Media users to encourage brand advocacy and content sharing.
• Conduct research and analytics to support the strategy team, offering insights from Social Media trends to inform campaign decisions.
• Act as a content gatekeeper, ensuring all content is thoroughly proofread, approved, and relevant before publication.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge campaign effectiveness.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
