As a crucial member of our team, you collaborate closely with our strategy and account management experts to lead the creation of high-quality Social Media Content. Your role will involve crafting meaningful narratives that resonate deeply across diverse industries, making you the creative architect behind our Social Media campaigns. Your unwavering commitment to staying at the forefront of content trends and fine-tuning strategies based on KPIs will be instrumental in reshaping our digital landscape. As you weave captivating stories across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, your expertise will creatively and consistently connect brands with their audiences.

Platform Expertise: Your expert ability to utilize native features on social platforms produces content that resonates with the target audience.
Visual Content Storytelling: High-quality, off-platform storytelling represents the brand's voice and creates authentic, powerful content.
Effective Content Creation: Meaningful social content across social platforms, drives increased engagement (likes, shares, comments) and generates measurable growth in reach and impressions.
Calendar Development: Content calendars are consistent and publications are aligned with strategic goals.
Analytics Utilization: The implementation of marketing analytics tools tracks and optimizes content performance.
Workstyle Flow: Your ability to pivot and thrive in our dynamic environment enables you to consistently meet and exceed our digital performance goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years experience of proven success as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally in an advertising agency or creative setting, with a varied content portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Social Media platforms, audience understanding, and content requirements.
- Must have a proven track record of and passion for creating engaging Social Media Content, a deep understanding of current Social Media trends, and the ability to adapt and incorporate these trends into effective content strategies.
- Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills, capable of conceptualizing and promoting content ideas that seamlessly blend the brand with socially relevant actions, ensuring they capture the attention of the target audience.
- Easily adapts to different workflow management styles, handling multiple priorities, real-time moments, and high-quality work with rapid turnaround times.
- Experience using Social Media and website analytics for performance measurement and decision-making.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools and software for content creation, including Adobe Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, and Keynote, with a bonus in Midjourney and 3D object building.

Compensation
Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency. Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
