Social Media Community Specialist American Honda Motor Corporation., Inc. Job Description This role manages the Social Media communities for the Honda and Acura brands by engaging online with customers, fans and detractors. " Responsible for direct community engagement on Honda and Acura Social Media channels " Act as an advocate of online Honda brand community and as the advocate of the community within the company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. " Engage proactively and reactively to customer feedback in ways which are valuable to the community they re serving. " Transform listening learnings into creative opportunities. " Coordinate with Honda Customer Service Social Media teams for consistent online consumer response. " Manage the delivery of social programs for product launch campaigns, events and sponsorships. " Edit and approve Honda s organic and paid editorial content calendars. " Contribute to the Social Media team with ideas for editorial content, story opportunities, leveraging Social Media trends, etc. for the site communities to engage. " Moderate all User Generated Content according to the moderation policy, liaising with the Legal team where required. " Identify and partner with influencers and social photographers to reach new audience and support campaign activities. " Support Honda Gaming and Honda Stage social programs " Review copy and content for various social campaigns around service, parts, Certified Pre-Owned, sales events and new model launches. Requirements Education: BA BS Degree PC Skills: Intermediate skill level for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Ideal candidate will be Adobe Suite Certified and familiar with video editing tools like Canva Ideal candidate will also be fluent in Spanish (written and oral) # # #
