Overview: Elevation Academy, a leading personal coaching service, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to help us expand our online presence and engage with our community. Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for Elevation Academy's Social Media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, in alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
- Community Management: Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our audience, and foster meaningful interactions to enhance engagement and build relationships.
- Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule and publish content using Social Media management tools, ensuring consistency in posting frequency and timing for maximum reach and impact.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, Social Media platform updates, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative ideas and tactics to enhance our Social Media presence.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and coaches to brainstorm ideas, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in Social Media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and basic graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques for Social Media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
