Receptionist / Social Media Assistant
As the first point of contact, the receptionist plays a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and providing the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a warm and friendly manner, assist with general inquiries about our services and direct calls to the appropriate team member
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments for various team members and confirm the next day’s appointments
- Coordinate conference room availability for our teams
- Maintain an organized and neat reception area, showroom and conference room
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Collaborate with our teams by taking on various administrative task to support daily operations, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist in the creation of and implementation of Social Media marketing campaigns
- Utilize Social Media platforms to engage with the community and promote our services
Qualifications:
- A fun, welcoming and approachable personality, with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Dynamic creative writing skills
- Team oriented
- Basic software skills and ability to learn other software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual helpful, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
