Social Media Assistant

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our Social Media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience.
Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Develop creative and engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

• Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of our Social Media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with our online community.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Track and analyze Social Media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
