Social Media Assistant

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our Social Media strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, build brand awareness, and foster community engagement across various Social Media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop creative and engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Generate visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany Social Media posts.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content on Social Media channels using Social Media management tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Assist in the coordination of Social Media campaigns and promotions.

Customer Engagement:

• Foster positive relationships with the online community and respond to inquiries or feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
