Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals with a strong presence on Instagram to join our team as Social Media Partners. As a Partner, you will collaborate with us to promote our fitness coaching programs to your audience. In this performance-based role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving client sign-ups through your Instagram platform. A key requirement of this role is that you will be coached by our founder to experience firsthand the transformative power of our programs, allowing you to authentically promote our services on your Instagram account.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in our fitness coaching programs to experience the benefits firsthand.
• Promote our coaching programs on your Instagram account.
• Create engaging content that showcases your fitness journey and the impact of our programs on your transformation.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our fitness coaching platform, representing our values of excellence, dedication, and empowerment.
• Collaborate with our team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and drive sales.
• Meet performance targets and goals related to client sign-ups and program sales.

Requirements:

• Strong presence on Instagram with a focus on fitness, bodybuilding, or wellness.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Willingness to be coached by our founder to experience the benefits of our programs firsthand.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and connect with your audience on Instagram.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
