Will be responsible for supporting administrative functions and duties within the organization and must have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate for this position will play an important role in maintaining our office environment while also developing effective relationships with colleagues inside the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Be organized and efficient.
- Have clerical experience.
- Have computer skills.
- Be a team player, work well with others and in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to communicate with various departments and/or clients in person and via telephone, email or face-to-face conversations. Also called on to educate staff and clients about subjects ranging from office policies to community events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
