**Responsibilities:**
1. **Packaging and Shipping:**
- Accurately and efficiently package products for shipment.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of orders to customers.
- Collaborate with shipping carriers to coordinate logistics.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
3. **Quality Control:**
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on products before packaging.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in products.
- Assist in maintaining high-quality standards for our products.
4. **Order Processing:**
- Print and organize incoming orders.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of order processing and shipments.
5. **Laser Machine Operations (Training Provided):**
- Learn to operate laser machines for product customization.
- Assist in the production process, ensuring quality and precision.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
**Requirements:**
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and communication.
